During your first meeting with a nutrition coach, we will primarily focus on getting to know you, understanding your current dietary habits, health history, lifestyle, and goals, allowing you to discuss your concerns, and begin to establish a personalized nutrition plan based on your needs; this might involve completing a questionnaire or food diary beforehand to gather detailed information about your eating patterns.
Each client has different needs, goals and timelines. Together we will come up with a plan as to how days a week or month we neet to meet, to support you with staying on track with you goals.
