My goal is to help people achieve their ultimate wellness goals. Having struggled with weight myself all of my life, I know the struggle, I know the fight. I want to help you where ever you are at. Lets work together. I will create a custom plan just for you and your body goals. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I have worked with all different leveled clients from never really worked out to ex-military.
I was diagnosed with M.S. in 2006 and I have limits but I have learned to work with them. I can do the same for you. I work with clients who have medical concerns such as M.S., R.A., and more, Physical-post surgeries, deterioration, bone loss, joint loss and arthritis just to name a few. I can also help with weight loss, whether it is a couple of pounds to severely overweight. Lets work together to make a plan! One workout at a time, we can get there!
Lets get started! In my basic package, I will be assisting you in a 60 minute workout training session. I always start off my training sessions with a check-in. I want to see how you are doing physically, mentally and emotionally. I want to know if you had any injuries during the week or maybe something emotionally came up in your life to where your head might not be totally focused in training. I don't need to know details, I just need to know where your focus might be.
During our 60 minute training we will get you warmed up and then into some great muscle blasting, workout movements. Followed by some cool down and stretching exercises. Each training session is based on our agreed training plan, your personal needs and wants for success and results you are looking to achieve!
Choosing this package means that are committed to working out a couple times a week for 60 minutes each session and ready to start incorporating changes to your diet.
At this point in your fitness journey a person is usually asking themselves…what else do I need to do to hit my goals? I am seeing some results, I am working out a couple of times a week, but it's not where want to be.

In this package I will be guiding you session by session week by week meal by meal! I am going to hold you accountable! You want it?? I want you to show me how bad you want it and how dedicated you are! We will be meeting 4 times a week! Yes 4, so that means 3 days of rest and recover, but not slacking off. Next we are going to be looking at your eating, see where you are and what needs to change. I am also going to be checking in with you throughout the day and over the course of every week we train together! I will be the little voice that motivates you that stayes in clear communication with you! Holds you accountable! How did you eat today? Did you cheat? Are you getting up throughout the day and moving? Did you take a short walk on your lunch? Let's come up with a plan that helps you in the best way you stay motivated!
In this process I suggest and recommend progress measurements every couple of weeks and progress pictures! Yes I said it you will want to see where you have come from. Trust me I kick myself all the time, that when I started my journey I didn't get them! They will be done on your own personal phone, so you keep them safe and private. I will be keeping a journal of your measurements and your workout routines. These stay locked away with me safe.
