I am an ISSA certified personal trainer, along with being certified in other dynamic movement personal training, progressive strength training certifications. I have worked with all different leveled clients from never really worked out to retired military.

Becky, is not a licensed Nutritionist, but she is a certified Nutrition coach, She can offer suggestions and ideas for meal planning. Your diet is 75% responsible of your fitness outcome!
